Thank you for submitting your dues deduction authorization!

Your authorization has been received by the Guild. You should get a confirmation email, including an attachment of your authorization form, sent to your personal email address. We will also notify your employer to begin deducting your union dues. (Always check your pay stub to make sure that the correct amount of dues — or 1.75% of your base salary, plus a monthly $1 Guild fee — is deducted.)
