Law360 Union
ABOUT OUR UNION
Law360’s union is an engaged, tight-knit and committed group of researchers, reporters and editors who unionized in August 2016 after a government-run election. Since then, Law360 has inked a standard-setting contract that raised minimum wages for entry-level employees, scrapped an onerous quota system and included successor language that maintains the union if the company is ever sold. The union has several active committees focused on editorial standards, diversity and sustainability as well as welcoming new members and creating social events for members.
